When you request a channel review, zephyrmedia receives your YouTube channel link, email, selected package, whether your Shorts are ready, and any optional details you provide.
Why we ask
We use these details to assess channel fit, reply to your request, agree the publishing scope and manage a service you choose to buy. A request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where your details go
The website runs on Lovable hosting. Requests are sent to the studio inbox through Resend. If you choose to pay after agreeing the scope, payment is handled on Stripe’s checkout. Your payment link includes a request reference and may prefill the email you provided. We do not collect card numbers in the channel-review form.
Your channel and content
Do not submit passwords, access tokens or private account credentials. Network distribution does not require access to your YouTube account. Access for the separate own-channel service is agreed through YouTube Studio permissions.
Storage and your requests
Your request is held in the studio’s email system to handle the enquiry and any resulting service. Resend, the hosting provider and Stripe may also hold delivery, technical or payment records under their own policies. You can ask the studio to correct or delete your enquiry details. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting obligations.
