- When do the publications go out?
- Each pack has a window that runs from when we receive your approved Shorts: 7 days for packs up to 99 publications, 14 days from 100, 30 days from 300. Every publication in your pack goes out within its window — or we refund the ones that didn't, at your pack's rate.
- Is my card charged right away?
- Your card is authorized, not charged. We charge it only after we confirm your niche fits — within 48 hours. Not a fit? The hold is released and nothing is charged.
- Does the test credit apply to a pack?
- No. A pack is a one-time buy, not a plan: the $49 test credit doesn't apply to it, and it doesn't enroll you in anything. You can combine it with a monthly plan if you want both.
